These topics will be on the exam (each topic shows the type of questions you will see):

1) Know the names of the authors of every story we’ve studied. (FILL IN THE BLANKS)

2) Know the definitions of the vocabulary from all of the stories. (MATCHING)

3) Know the basic plots of the stories and what happens in them, along with the characters’ names and the settings of the stories. (MULTIPLE CHOICE AND SHORT ANSWER)

4) Know the following literary concepts from the book: point of view; setting; context; memoir; figurative language; conflict; idioms; informative essays; tone; plot; exposition; falling action; conclusion. (MULTIPLE CHOICE)
